Virtual Community Meditation Event for National Infertility Awareness Week

April 25th at 10am ET

Join me for a FREE virtual meditation class to raise awareness, show support, and join community during National Infertility Awareness Week! In this free 45 minute class we’ll first drop in with some deep breathing, followed by an affirmation meditation. The theme of the practice is “I am whole,” a celebration of the wholeness that makes up every unique individual, no matter where you are in your family building journey. This is a practice for everyone! If you’re experiencing infertility, supporting someone who is, complete in your family building or simply wanting to show your support - all are welcome.

From Resolve…

“Infertility does not look one way, and neither does the community it affects. That’s why this year’s National Infertility Awareness Week® theme is #MoreThan.

More Than celebrates the whole person behind the diagnosis and amplifies the diversity of paths, identities, cultures, and families navigating infertility. It’s also a call for more, more access, more education, more representation, and more support, so every story can be seen and heard.

This NIAW, RESOLVE urges advocates, providers, policymakers, and the media to lift up stories that show the barriers we face, the information needed to make decisions about how to build our families, and reduce the shame and stigma from society. When we do this together, we build understanding, solidarity, and collective advocacy, and when we show the full picture, change becomes possible.

We become More Than.”
