Join me on Mondays for a 30 minute meditation class, a perfect way to start the day. This class is designed for all levels, whether you're a seasoned practitioner or a curious beginner.
Experience various meditation techniques, from mindfulness & loving kindness to deep relaxation and visualization.
Time: 9:15-9:45am (30 minutes)
Cost: $15 per person. Can also use your WBYS membership or class card to pay.

You are your own best teacher! In any experience led by me, you’ll be encouraged to hold space for your own guidance. The wisdom you need is already within you, you just need the space to listen in.
